Millennials have the edge when it comes to learning and deploying technology to get the job done. While they may be lacking in many areas, they are inventive and driven to use current and new technology to improve the bottom line. This is a tremendous benefit for old timers in the field, most are quite friendly and helpful to other generations. However, they may not have the enduring spirit or the maturity to complete a lifelong project, they could fake if things go south real fast. Except for those who grew into the role, some variables will change in a given environment.
As friendly and technological competent as they are, they can provide a great insight to future generations to come. They are people who struggle with life, just like the rest of us. They may have problems sticking to a career or dealing with finances. They can learn and teach others to overcome such problems, if they have a strong and capable mentor to guide them. The older generations within the Mlm world must act like the mentor and train them right. Persistence is a foreign word to many people, and it is one that can keep one moving forward in times of trouble.
