The $400 Path to Success

If we are going to talk about reality, money must be in that mix in measuring success.

How do we measure success? There are many people today that don't think it's politically correct to measure success in the terms of money. In reality, there are many other ways to measure success. Enjoying what you do, time spent with the family, time off and ability to travel and see the world are four other ways to measure success. If we are going to talk about reality, money must be in that mix in measuring success.

The networkers that get all of the press are the million dollar producers. We all know the superstar in our company who earns $20,000, $35,000, $75,000, $100,000 or $200,000 per month, but we also know plenty of networkers who have barely made $45 a year! If you've built a team where you could put the people in your group on a path that they could earn a consistent $400 per month, you would have a very successful team.

A measurement of real success is the ability to earn (and then teach others to earn) a car payment, or tuition for a child or enough to put away to pay for a family vacation completely from your part time business.

If you could do that, for your family, you would have no problem finding plenty of others who would like to learn how to do the same for their own family. Once you have developed an "A" team of people that you have sponsored that have replicated what you have done by earning an extra

$400 of income, the aim is to help those 5 or 6 people to find their own 5 to 6 "A" teamers to do the same.

Here is the secret, you don't need to dwell on earning $20,000 per month, that will come.

All you need to do is find a half a dozen people for each of the members of your team that want to earn a car payment, or tuition for a child or enough to put away to pay for a family vacation!

Here is a bonus: How many people do you think would quit your group after you taught them the $400 secret? Very few if any of them. That will build a solid team that produces a successful measurable money making business!
