Pay It Forward
The magic of having done something that someone else has not yet. We are then able to pay it forward as fellow entrepreneurs. We have done so many things “wrong” to pivot and make them better, more lucrative, or less time-consuming. We are constantly striving to create even better than before and yes along the way we have stumbled only to rise again. So we write and share to pay it forward so you can take some of these nuggets and create for yourself perhaps with a little more ease and grace.
So what would I have said to my younger self to equip me better for entrepreneurship?
1> Remember to create balance both in action and flow
2> Nothing that will happen will put you out of business if you handle it with care and respect so just drop that fear (you are heart driven)
3> Always be learning from a mentor or someone who has created what you desire and tweak it to your flare
4> Boundaries - both with employees and other relationships
5> Never undervalue your worth
6> Don’t forget to order garbage pick up if you have a brick and mortar LOL
7> Get some tools in your tool belt practiced and in place that help you transmute stress (THIS ONE IS SUPER IMPORTANT)
8> Notice when you are in it 100% vs not and how that changes your results
These are just a few things I would have brought to my younger entrepreneur awareness. Now you may not know how to execute these and that’s ok that’s why we are all here for you. YES, YOU !!! As you read this, a slew of seasoned entrepreneurs sits before you, ready to hold your hand and help you through it. So if you don’t know where to start, always remember there are real people on the other side of these articles who do!!! Reach out and reach the stars.
