George Madiou, CEO & Founder ___________________________________ Retention This month's theme is on the important subject of Retention. Contact@TheNetworkMarketing Magazine.com. IN MEMORY OF Paul Morris To supplement his teaching salary Paul joined Amway in 1968, and his outstanding success enabled him to “retire” from teaching and pursue other areas of interest. His business card read, “I’m retired at 25, you can be too… call me!” From 1969 to 1976, Paul enjoyed working multi-level in his spare time, and in 1976, now married, he resigned from his position with Nuclear Installation Services Co. to go “full-time” networking. In 1976 Paul attained Executive Diamond status in the Amway business. He sold his Amway business in 1984 and went on to become the top distributor in the nation with a nutritional company. He set an industry record by generating over one million dollars in sales volume in his first full calendar month. He studied the industry, pioneered conference calling, introduced fax on demand, and created the first voice mail recruiting system ever. These methods enabled him to break and set new records in business building, making him one of the world’s foremost authorities on direct sales techniques. In only one program, Paul recruited over 50 thousand distributors in just five months and broke that record by building a group of 68,000 distributors in six months. Years later, he launched an organization rapidly approaching 500,000 distributors and customers. His commitment to building great leaders and sharing his immense knowledge helped many individuals reach their goals and beyond, some even surpassing Paul’s own success. Paul was a perpetual student and an avid reader with an uncanny ability to remember peoples' names. He was a sought-after motivational speaker traveling the world as far as South Africa and Asia for educational seminars, conventions, and church events. He was a master at reading his audience and could make them laugh and cry, sending them home truly inspired to do their best. His great love of people allowed him to touch the lives of many. Often asked to do full weekend seminars, Paul always offered a Sunday morning message to those interested in attending to learn the real secret behind his success… Paul led many people to the Lord at these gatherings and would follow up with them, encouraging them to read the Bible and join a Bible-teaching church. This month I want to acknowledge an incredible world leader Steve Lee. Steve is a great friend of The Network Marketing Magazine and a champion of our great profession. This successful superstar epitomizes the perfect example that represents if you really have the desire to succeed in this industry no one can prevent you from doing that. Listen to Steve’s incredible story below and be inspired. If you have anyone in your group that REALLY wants to succeed, pass Steve’s story along. Thank you for your incredible support of our profession, Steve Lee!
