A Mission Driven Business
Your business can not only be a mission driven business but I believe it must be driven by what your mission is.
Can my business be a mission driven business? Your business can not only be a mission driven business but I believe it must be driven by what your mission is.
Many people conjure up the thought of a military battle when they hear the term mission driven. This is very valid. You would never have the generals in the military, go to battle with out being mission driven. They know what the desired results are and they develop a plan to carry out the mission to attain those results.
There is no difference between your business and a military battle when it comes to attaining a successful end result. I propose, in a not so feminine context, that we are doing real battle when it comes to running a successful business. Society, the media and the government today are all touting bailouts, however if you have gotten to this point and have become a business owner, you realize that -
You don’t need a bailout, you need a plan.
Where does this plan begin? It begins with what your mission is. What are you looking to accomplish? Who are you looking to accomplish it with and for? Who are you going to align yourself with to put yourself on a

successful path? What are some of the things that have been done in the past, by other people like you, that have produced results that you are looking to accomplish? Let’s examine these points.
What are you looking to accomplish? People go into business to accomplish a number of things:
Make some extra money to pay off bills or pay tuition. Make a career change. Bring a spouse home. Spend more time with your family
This list is endless, but the point of this list is it is critical to your success that you understand what YOU want to accomplish by having your own business. This is the start of your mission.
Who are you looking to accomplish it with and for?
Are you doing this business by yourself or with a spouse or a friend?
Are there people in your life that are the motivating factor behind being in business?
Who are you going to align yourself with to put yourself on a successful path?
The resources are endless in the people and organizations that are available to help in your success.
In your network marketing business all you need to start with is your sponsor and your entire upline, your company staff, Sales manager, even the President or owner.

What are some of the things that have been done in the past, by other people like you, that have produced results that you are looking to accomplish?
History is invaluable both in the success of military battle and business. There is no sense in reinventing the wheel when you can follow a successful plan that has already been proven to work.
Interview ALL of the successful people in your company and in other companies and find out what fits for you and your business.
A mission driven business is one of the first places you should start to give yourself an advantage for a very successful business.
