- Complete , celebrate and acknowledge all last years and prior success to add momentum to the new year and activate your self confidence and courage.
- Create your new "blueprint" by writing your goals down, having a Vision Board a powerful tool to get absolute clarity on what you want and a real action plan to achieve your dreams in 2011.
When you fully commit to a goal; then you can be confident about being guided to take the right actions steps to achieve your goals.
“…the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one, that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his (her) way.” Then he quotes Goethe “ Whatever you can do or dream you can begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it.”
You will be amazed at how much energy is "free-ed" up, once you actually let go of the old goals that you have been "should-ing" on your self about.
Just because you have let go of the goal doesn’t necessarily mean that you automatically release the pain attached to its “failure.” Sometimes just being aware will enable you to release the negative feelings around the goal, for some it will be like a breath of fresh air and many will sigh with relief.
More success will come your way, when you "feel" successful, but you cannot feel successful if you do not look for and acknowledge your successes.
