Tips for Networking with a booth at a Health Expo or Trade Show

To get the correct mindset it is important to realize that the most valuable result of having the booth is to collect Names and email addresses and telephone numbers of potential prospects. PERIOD.

Have FREE TASTE SAMPLES on the flyer. · Depending on how fancy you want to get and if you have electricity at the booth, you can have a flat screen TV with a VCR playing a variety of videos pertinent to the product(s) you are promoting.
Look professional – be dressed appropriately for the crowd. Look well groomed – fresh haircut, nails trimmed and clean, trim nose hairs, eyebrows and have any beard, moustache or goatee neatly trimmed. Personal hygiene – Wear deodorant – use breath mints. (In a trade show survey, people listed bad breath of the presenter as a reason for not staying for the presentation or purchasing)
