Economic Power of Women
Observe these 3 points in your company and see how you can incorporate some or all in your own business and become an economic power yourself.
The economic power of women and the importance of women in the network marketing industry can not be minimized. I was told by a huge leader (a male) that there are more male super star leaders than females. I don’t agree. Woman leaders are the most powerful force in our industry. One of the biggest reasons is because of relationship building and going deep in their organization. There are three reasons why women are an
economic power:
Reason #1: Women have a global view of what is going on. The global view is not only worldly but also locally, but especially in the family. It is like stepping back and getting the big picture. Woman have the ability to step away from the “me” focus and get the bigger picture and it helps create a great economic power.
Reason #2: Women have an incredible understanding of relationship building. The woman’s ability to have incredible relationship building skills is one of the best reasons women are an incredible economic force. Success is not a solo activity. The most powerful people are those who are able to develop a relationship of “A Team” partners who Make It Happen. Those relationships become an immovable force called Success.
Reason #3: Women, for the most part, are “other” centered rather than “me” centered. An “other centered” person has the ability to gather dimensions of success that a solo person can’t achieve. An achievement of a team becomes an economic power unlike any other.
