Several years ago I was invited to do training in Atlanta Georgia. The theme was “Why I chose to become a Network Marketer”. I remember my very first reaction to that theme was that I did not have a choice because for me, being a network marketer is not a vocation or profession, it is who I AM. I was raised to believe that I must contribute to

society, giving all that I could, in any and all ways that might benefit others. I became a teacher, which encompassed the criteria, but more importantly, allowed me to nurture, grow and bring to maturity all the natural qualities that women imbue.

We are caring, nurturing and focused. We are superior in emergencies (any Mother will remember her clear headed decision making processes whilst her child or spouse is in an emergency situation) and can see the big picture, no matter what our personality type. We care about others, are willing to LISTEN to others, are empathetic and can quickly discern when someone is truthful (to themselves or others).

Today Network Marketing espouses that these are all essential qualities for the successful Networker regardless of gender. Women who choose Network Marketing have a head start, as they come equipped with www.TheNetworkMarketingMagazine.com 1 these natural qualities and talents.

During my tenor as a teacher I quickly realized that the reward of helping others was indeed a reward that could not have been put into words. Watching little children grow and learn, mature and bloom was (and is) a natural “raison d’etre” that could be and indeed, IS sustained in the Network Marketing arena.

The future of all Successful Network Marketers is to know that their success relies on their ability to believe and be able to care about others, discern THEIR goals and dreams, and help them facilitate those desires by teaching them basic & technical skills to insure THEIR success. Compassionate Marketing is not gender specific.

The secret on your journey to success was, is and always will be to help others attain their goals and dreams!

Her journey as a nascent Network Marketer set the stage for RS to develop Compassionate Marketing, a relationship based philosophy that teaches people to embrace basic human ethos. Her story is one of acceptance, growth, self-realization and empowerment. Compassionate Marketing helps people embrace their own special talents and shows them how to use them to help others achieve their goals and dreams.

RS' Father was a Pharmacologist, predating present day Pharmacists & modern medicines. The knowledge she gathered watching her Father prepare "synergistic concoctions" from natural herbs inspired and fed her passion to educate people to take charge of and control their own health through knowledge, natural herbs, vitamins and nutritionals. RS has extensive knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry and the Herbal nutritional communities.

She is presently the Co Executive Director Education for the Distributor Rights Association.

RS continues caring for people and has built large organizations of Compassionate Marketers” and Compassionate Marketing.
