How Should a Mentor Treat YOU?

If you are willing to truly be Mentored, then you must be ready to experience things that you have not experienced before, to have the things that you have not had before.

  • Much of the training in the beginning will have nothing to do with what you really want to learn.
  • Much time will be spent teaching you how to understand more than know.
  • As you move through the process you will notice people communicating differently, not because they see something different in you, it's what you see different in you.

If you are willing to truly be Mentored, then you must be ready to experience things that you have not experienced before, to have the things that you have not had before.

1. A calm knowing that you are working on the goals that are your specialty. 2. You will see a new way of creating value for yourself that only you can provide, and therefore becomes even more value in your given job market. 3. A new vision of the results you have been getting, and a new expectation of the results you will now accept to be satisfactory.

If you are lucky enough to be getting better at all aspects in your life, and by default, you are getting better at the “thing” you wanted to be better at, well then you are being Mentored...
