A person with an entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills is a true gem to have in your organization, and though they’re not everywhere you look, they’re easier to find than you might think…without having to go and try to poach the heavy hitters from other downlines.
So focus on speaking and writing more clearly, and with the passion that you have for the vision you have. Use different ways of communicating, including different ways verbally and non-verbally. Above all, communicate often!
Leadership also knows no difference, it comes to those that are looking, and those that are not, its what you use it for that makes it leadership or simply a bother.
If you have leaders in your business, your business will grow on its own. They will find other leaders, who will find other leaders and so on. This is what makes a successful network.
