Is This the Great Recession or the Recession That Made You Great?

"Is this the great recession or the recession that made you great?" is a quote from State Farm Insurance company. This quote is timely. With the state of the economy the way that it currently is, there is a particular "listening" that has become dominant in our society. Look at the word - scar-city...Yep! Many of us are living and "listening" in "scare city". Money follows a scar-city life or an abundant life depending on our "listening".

As human beings, we spend a lot of time in the downward spiral called "scarcity". How come? Well, one reason is due to the dominant energy of life on Earth called gravity. Gravity constantly pulls us down. We also live in a culture that validates and confirms the downward spiral. Listen to the evening news? Read the papers? Not much that's motivational listening or reading. Not much positive coverage about 80-90% of the workforce that is still employed.

There are two other forces at play: centrifugal and centripetal forces. Centripetal pulls us in and down. Centrifugal spirals us out and upward. Moving only down and in limits us Stops us. Going up and out, moves us into possibilities. Ergo practicing the "listening" "the recession makes us great!" OK! so what does this have to do with"listening"?

Everything! The way we "listen" to the internal dialog is the way www.TheNetworkMarketingMagazine.com 1 we view life, people, the choices we make and the actions we take! All breakthroughs begin with shifting our listening. Abundance is your "birthright". Allow your listening to profit you!

TIPS:

• Start an abundance journal- write 5 things daily in your life that

are a reflection of abundance

• Spend 20 minutes (minimum) each day "listening" to inspirational

tapes, CDs, music, audio books, videos

• Take 1 min per day to acknowledge one person in your life who

"listens" to you and "profits"you by you "being heard".
