I am one who was blessed to know Zig personally having shared the stage with him at an Amway function, run into him in the Dallas airport, attended several large free enterprise days where he was one of the speakers. In my early days I even bought a block of one hundred tickets to an event where Zig was speaking so my group could get up front seating and I would get to meet Zig personally.

Zig will always be known not only for his affable style but his unique way of delivering the spoken word. Zig didn’t just speak, he acted out his words with a body language that conveyed the message as powerfully as did he words. He emoted in a manner mastered by very few professional speakers. The control of his voice was masterful as he would raise and lower the volume of his voice and change the cadence to match the nature of message he was delivering to his rapt audience.

Anyone who has heard him speak or listened to an audio or read a book by Zig has had their life affected in a beautiful and positive way. Many of us will be teaching these principles to not only our downline organizations but to our children and grandchildren as well.

Yes, Zig may be gone from our sight and touch, but he has touched all of us in a way that has changed our lives forever.

For those who really got to know Zig, well we all know what his secret was… he loved the Lord. But what was so great about Zig, he did not keep it a secret, he boldly proclaimed it. That is why we know where he is right now. “In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” John 14:2 KJV. So Zig is in heaven, and just as our lives down here will never be the same, Heaven will not be the same either. Which leads me to close with this…

if you missed getting to know Zig down here on earth; you have one more chance to spend some time with him. But in order to do that you have to make sure you have done what Zig did and that was to put his faith and trust in his mentor. And those of us who knew Zig know who his mentor was. Just as there are physical laws that affect our lives, such as gravity, and just as there are psychological laws like the ones Zig taught, such as, “you will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want”, there are also Spiritual Laws that can have an even more profound effect on your life.
